From the very beginning of our Client relationships, we take great measures to assure your unique system is properly configured and communication is key.  If you do not have a NinjaTrader* account we will direct you to New Accounts.  If you choose to locate your system at your place of business, we will work to ensure compatibility and test your hardware and software to  confirm it is functional and stable.  Should you decide to use a recommended server location in Chicago, we go the extra mile to confirm the process goes smoothly and professionally.

There are certain times when events override the system.  For instance, if Gold (GC) has achieved a particular level or range for the day.  In these circumstances we want the system to take "Long" only trades for the remainder of the day.  A phone call from our team is immediate when that decision is made to make the Client aware of the intraday change.  

Likewise our historical data may dictate that a particular upcoming event such as Fed Minutes or Non-Farm Payroll may produce an unbalanced level of risk, therefore refrain from activating the system until a normalized risk profile returns to the market. When these decisions are made you will receive a phone call as well as an email to make sure you, the Client stays informed.

Not every Client Profile is the same.  The system as a whole has been through an exhaustive optimization process to achieve maximized results. However in some instances the Client may have specific trading parameters outside the standard settings.  The LRX50 is scalable and variable to match each Clients particular profile should such a change be requested, including but not limited to the following:

  • Long only trades, short only trades or trading both directions.
  • Scalable initial lot size from 1-10.
  • Addition of the "Kicker" trade or standard LRX50901 or LRX50AB.
  • Profit Target levels.
  • Stop loss levels.
